We are looking for a dynamic Remote Sales Manager to help us source and manage sales members and teams across various remote sales roles, including energy software subscriptions, solar farm subscription sales, growth and operations, and energy optimization solutions.


Job Summary:


Energy Saas Sales Manager will play a crucial role in building and leading a high-performing sales team. This position involves sourcing, managing, and supporting sales members and teams to drive revenue growth and ensure the success of our diverse energy solutions. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's goals and values.


Responsibilities:


- Source and recruit top talent for various remote sales roles, including energy software subscriptions, solar farm subscription sales, growth and operations, and energy optimization solutions.


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all sales channels.


- Manage and support sales teams to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.


- Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure teams meet or exceed goals.


- Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.


- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and strategic initiatives.


- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.


- Maintain high levels of open communication and morale within the sales team and among supporting work groups.


Requirements:


- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the energy or renewable sector.


- Strong track record of sourcing and managing high-performing sales teams.


- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.


- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Individual Earnings: Our compensation structure offers a massive upside, with dedicated individuals earning between $115K to $200K per year based on performance.

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $110,000 to $175,000, with a competitive benefits and equity component. The exact compensation will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
