Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform residential customers of LP&L's new utility role and customer choice options.

  • Enroll customers with a Retail Electricity Provider (REP).

  • Ensure customers understand the next steps in their energy choices.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
