What We’re Looking For:


The Power Subscriptions, Software Solutions (Energy Optimization) role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical solutions projects and enhancing our solutions delivery capabilities, with a focus on energy optimization projects in the solar and storage industry, among others. This role requires a blend of expertise in the solar energy industry, technical acumen, and project management skills to effectively deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.


This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Professional Services. The project delivery teams are shared resources allocated on a project-to-project basis from relevant departments within the organization.


Choosy Power is open to fully remote candidates, and employees have access to co-working spaces.


What You’ll Do:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.


- Collaborate with other departments to integrate solutions with broader company products and strategies.


- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.


- Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management and other key stakeholders.


- Drive continuous improvements in solutions practices based on analytical insights and industry trends.


- Drive revenue growth for the Professional Services department by supporting go-to-market activities.


- Track, analyze, and ensure profitability across the Professional Services portfolio.

- Experience writing business requirements for technical projects.


- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to convert business requirements into technical solution design and implementation plans.


- Familiarity and comfort dealing with complex and nuanced data topics.


- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams and projects.


- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.


- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments, including technical teams.


- Effective, persuasive communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:


Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $110,000 to $175,000, with a competitive benefits and equity component. The exact compensation will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
