What We're Looking For

Choosy Power is seeking a Senior Channel Manager to source new dealers in focus markets and drive performance toward market-specific targets. To excel in this role, you'll need a can-do attitude, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, exhibits initiative, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

This position is remote and reports to the Senior Director of Sales, with close collaboration with the Head of Sales Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire, evaluate, and onboard new dealers nationally.

  • Collaborate with dealers to develop a national strategy and pipeline for residential and commercial customers.

  • Create a national and market-specific event marketing and retail staffing strategy.

  • Assist dealers in formulating their sales strategies by market.

  • Monitor and track new market launches and sales activities.

  • Oversee event calendar and retail staffing procedures.

  • Analyze sales performance and propose enhancements for success.

What Will Help You Succeed


  • 2-5 years' experience in managing door-to-door partners on a national scale.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • A positive and proactive team player.

  • Experience in managing third-party sales dealers.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • Willingness to complete both high-level and low-level tasks with enthusiasm.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to unforeseen events, and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in supporting/managing channel partners.

Target Annual Compensation Range: $95,600 to $191,200, with competitive incentives and equity components. The final compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, and location.
